After Everything: Pain and Suffering
A man sells his soul to the devil who promises him the ability to feel something, anything. A Peruvian woman kills her daughter and bathes in her blood in order to regain her youth.
Two stories, the first a fiction, the second a true story. After Everything combines the two to explore our deepest desire to live forever, to be beautiful, to be loved. Created as a collage from 11 other plays, past, present and future, from Luis Ibar's cannon, After Everything is a disturbing dark comic thriller.
